Yes, both the inspection and estimate are free!  

My Roofing Crew requires field verifications of all measurements and all slopes of the roof. We want to give you the most accurate price possible, and to do this, we have to be able to inspect the roof in person. 

Your presence is not required, but we do prefer someone to be there if possible because we love to meet our customers face to face! We also would need access to all sides of the home/building. 

Depending on the extent of the damage that is identified on site, the size of the home/ commercial building we are inspecting, and the type of roofing system currently installed, it could take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. 

You can expect to be treated with respect and in a professional manner, be informed of the age and condition of your roof upon completion of inspection. We’ll also give you a brief explanation of the process that will follow if needed.  We can also provide you with pictures that document the inspection of your roof. 

Before repairs or installation can happen, we need a signed work agreement between the customer and My Roofing Crew.  The moment we have a signed work agreement, we order materials and schedule the roof installation and/or roof repair. Depending on the size of the project, availability of materials and weather it could be anywhere from days to two weeks. 

It can vary, depending on the size of roof and roofing system you choose. Each roof is unique, and every solution My Roofing Crew offers is custom-designed specifically for your home. Because of this, we require in-person inspections before we can provide a cost estimate tailor-made to fit your exact needs and budget. Multiple options with each system/warranties.

Typical roofing systems can be torn off and reinstalled in one day! This can vary slightly with the size of the roofing system and pitch of the roof.
